Founded three years ago by Frans Weber and Lantis Scorgie, our company brings together over 15 years of collaboration in design, architecture, and construction. With a proven history of working together on diverse projects, we’ve developed a shared approach to renovations and interiors, balancing creativity with technical precision, and design vision with seamless execution.

 

Lantis Scorgie built his career in traditional interior design and fit-out projects, earning a reputation for his eye for detail and ability to create spaces that feel both inspiring and functional.

 

Frans Weber, an architect with an MBA, adds a strong technical and strategic foundation to the business. His career spans high-level project management, property development, and consulting across industries, including multi-million rand engineering, property, and IT projects. He has a track record of turning around distressed projects, managing budgets of up to R1,2 billion, and leading initiatives for clients such as BHP Billiton, Sanlam Properties, and Johannesburg Council. His dual background in design and business ensures that our projects are delivered with both aesthetic excellence and commercial discipline.
