Samantha Holdsworth is a hospitality and tourism professional with more than 25 years of international experience in reservations, sales, operations, and guest services across southern Africa. She has overseen guest bookings, reservations, sales, yield management, financial processes, and agent relations.

As Operations Manager, she has led a teams of over 100 staff, ensuring world-class guest experiences, managing complex logistics, and driving profitability while maintaining high operational and service standards.

Her career includes senior roles with, Green Safaris, CAWS, Giltedge, and over 12 years with Wilderness Safaris, as well as a decade as co-owner of their logistics company in Mozambique, providing tourism procurement logistics and project consulting to luxury resorts.

With dual South African and British citizenship and deep regional expertise, Samantha is skilled in leading reservations management, sales, managing high-value client relationships, and developing innovative hospitality solutions.

She brings proven expertise in both front-line guest service and behind-the-scenes reservations, itinerary and operational excellence, making her a versatile leader in the travel and tourism reservations and sales sector.
