His career includes senior management roles across luxury lodges, five-star hotels, and airlines, where he has overseen large teams, multimillion-dollar operations, and high-profile projects.
He has also developed and managed award-winning properties while leading complex logistics, government relations, and community-driven sustainability programs.
Earlier in his career, Shayne held leadership roles with African and international hotel groups, as well as founding and running a logistics company in Mozambique servicing the private islands and luxury hospitality sectors.
His expertise combines strategic operational management, project development, and high-level client service, including working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, safari groups, and global executives. Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with working knowledge of French, Portuguese, and Kiswahili, Shayne brings a rare mix of cultural adaptability, hands-on leadership, and entrepreneurial drive.
